Shopping for a swimsuit can be challenging. The key to finding the perfect style fit is understanding which style works best for your body type.
Last month I shared some swimsuit tips with CRUSH Fitness. Check it out!
MAKE A MUFFIN TOP DISAPPEAR
"Also, try a one-piece swimsuit with ruching, cut outs, control panels and color blocking," Henderson says. "Not only will these details hide the tummy, but they will also help define your waist."
ROCK YOUR CURVES
Now more than ever, plus-sized beauties are getting the spotlight they deserve. Thanks most recently to Sports Illustrated model Ashley Graham. If you're in this category, it's time to work those curves! "Many people will recommend wearing darker colors, but if you want to wear a bold color or print go for it," Henderson says. It's OK to be daring. Really, it is.
PLAY UP A SMALL CHEST, CREATE CURVES
Are you a member of that committee? Don't sweat it. "You can add volume to your chest and hips by wearing prints, patterns and texture, like ruffles, fringe and embellishments. Boy shorts are great because they give the illusion of having hips. Bandeau and halter tops are also great for a narrow frame," Henderson says.
